SFTP connection (optional)

In the Professional and Enterprise price plan, an FTP or SFTP connection can be set up form templates via the “FTP-Settings (optional)” button. This allows the generated export files (PDF / Word) to be automatically saved on the specified server directly after sending a form.

For the connection to work, the “Filename template ” field must be filled in.

To test if your server connection is set up correctly, a test file “formtastic.txt” will be uploaded to your server after clicking “Test and Save”. So you can check directly if the connection works.
