Export as PDF, sending by email and assigning to other employees – all automatically according to your wishes.

Form templates and result documents can be customized according to your preferences.

Fields can be hidden or automatically filled with data (e.g., customer address after entering the name or scanning a barcode). Live calculations from numeric fields are also possible.

Pricing (FAQ)

Is Formtastic permanently free to use?

Formtastic is available in various tariff options, including a free tariff. Users of the free tariff can use Formtastic permanently but with limitations such as the number of forms and fields.

In order to thoroughly test Formtastic, there are no restrictions in the first 30 days of the free plan.

How do the tariffs differ?

The paid tariffs have fewer restrictions and offer additional premium features. Individual users can choose the affordable basic or professional tariff. Companies can book flexible user licenses under the enterprise tariff. Large enterprises benefit from our flat rate: from 50 licenses, unlimited additional licenses can be added for free (flat rate).

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Billing is done monthly either by SEPA direct debit* or credit card. An annual payment option is available upon request. The contract is automatically extended by one month unless you cancel with a notice period of 5 days at the end of the contract month.

What happens when you change tariffs?

Switching from one paid tariff to another is possible at any time without any disadvantage. The remaining credit from the old tariff will be credited to the new tariff.

Does the Formtastic app cost anything?

The Formtastic app for Android and iOS can be downloaded for free from the respective app stores.
