Can you try Formtastic for free?
Yes, you can try the Enterprise plan with all its features free of charge for 14 days. We would be happy to assist you in setting up your templates. Give us a call or send us an email!
Is my data really stored securely and in compliance with the GDPR?
Yes, all data is stored exclusively on ISO 27001-certified servers in Germany (Frankfurt am Main). You accept the data processing agreement (DPA) when you register and can download it there. In the web interface under Account → Company info, you can also download a personalised DPA with your own company details.
Do I need to create my own forms?
You can use our free templates and customise them. We are also happy to assist you in creating your first templates as part of our onboarding process.
Does the Formtastic app cost anything?
The Formtastic app for Android and iOS can be downloaded free of charge from the respective app store.
Is the AI assistant included in the price?
Yes, in every plan. With the AI connection (MCP), you control Formtastic from ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant: create templates, fill in forms, run reports. Learn more about the AI assistant
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Billing occurs monthly or annually via SEPA direct debit or credit card. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of the current term for the same duration, unless canceled with a notice period of 5 days prior to the end of the contract period. Cancellations, plan downgrades, and reductions in user licenses take effect at the end of the current billing period (see Subscription Terms).
What happens when changing plans?
Upgrades to a higher plan or adding user licenses are effective immediately at any time. Any remaining credit from your current plan will be credited pro-rata. Downgrades to a lower plan or reductions in user licenses take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my team grows rapidly?
You can add more users at any time. In the Enterprise plan, each additional user costs €10/month, and additional licence costs are capped at €500/month.
