Google Drive & Sheets connection
In the Professional and Enterprise price plan, a connection to your Google Drive can be set up via the “Google Drive Settings” button. This allows the generated export files (PDF / Word / XLSX) to be automatically saved on your Google Drive directly after sending a form. In addition, all form data can be continuously synchronised as an Google Speadsheet.
The following options are available:
- Sent PDFs: PDFs sent by email will then be stored on your Google Drive.
- XLSX synchronisation: An Google sheet is created for each selected status (in progress, sent, deleted), in which all form data (including previous data) is continuously synchronised.
For the connection to work, the “Filename template ” field must be filled in.
