Formtastic Documentation
The overview shows all forms that have been filled out, saved or sent so far – whether via the app or the web interface. Forms are organized in folders, similar to an email inbox. You will find the same structure in the Formtastic app (iOS & Android).
Click the "Create form" button to fill out a new form directly from the overview.
Folders at a glance
- Inbox (Team & Enterprise): Forms that another user has assigned to you for processing.
- In work: Forms that have been filled out but not yet sent.
- Sent: All submitted forms.
- Assigned (Team & Enterprise): Forms you have passed on to another user for further processing.
- Trash: Deleted forms – can be restored at any time using "Move to In work".
For admins and team leaders in the Team & Enterprise plan
If you are an admin or team leader in a Team or Enterprise account, you can use this checkbox to view all forms submitted by your employees. You can then edit, send or resend these forms.
