How can I delete my Formtastic account?

The “Delete Account” button to delete your Formtastic account including all data can be found at the bottom of your profile management.

Please note that only the account holder or administrator can delete an account. If the account is still on a paid plan, this plan must first be canceled. The deletion can only be carried out if your account is on the free plan.

Your account, including all data, will be deleted within 24 hours. Within these 24 hours, you can continue to access your data and, if necessary, export your form data (Excel/PDF). If you change your mind about deleting your account, you can cancel the deletion process within this period.
