Price plan selection

On the price plan selection page you can choose between the plans Free, Basic, Professional and Enterprise. After registering, you start with the Free plan and you can continue to use this for testing without a time limit. In the first month of the freeplan there are no limitations regarding the number of sent forms etc. as listed on the prices overview .

If you would like to use additional functions or have fewer restrictions, choose the price plan that suits you best. Billing is normally monthly either by SEPA direct debit or credit card. If you wish, we can also set up an annual payment plan for you (just contact us). You can switch from one payment plan to the other at any time. The remaining credit balance at the time of the switch will be credited to your account in the next billing cycle. The contract is automatically extended by one month at a time, unless you cancel with 5 days’ notice to the end of the contract month.

You can make a change to your billing address or payment method using the buttons on the Price plan settings page.

Your monthly invoices will be sent to you by email. In addition, they will can also be downloaded here. If you would like to switch to an annual payment method to reduce the administrative expenses, we would be happy to arrange that for you. Just contact us.
