Set up your own email domain via SMTP connection

By default, emails with form data are sent from noreply@formtastic.de. Using the SMTP connection, you can configure your own company email domain as the sender address instead – so recipients see your company address.

This is particularly useful when customers or other external contacts are in the recipient list and the email should come professionally from your own domain.

Setup

Enter the SMTP data of your email server and save the settings. Use the “Send test email” button to verify that the connection is working.

To reset the settings and use noreply@formtastic.de as the sender again, click the red “Reset settings” button.
