Can you try Formtastic for free?

Yes, you can try the Enterprise plan with all its features free of charge for 14 days. We would be happy to assist you in setting up your templates. Give us a call or send us an email!

Is my data really stored securely and in compliance with the GDPR?

Yes, all data is stored exclusively on ISO-certified servers in Frankfurt – fully GDPR-compliant, including an AV agreement that is concluded during registration.

Do I need to create my own forms?

You can use our free templates and customise them. We are also happy to assist you in creating your first templates as part of our onboarding process.

Does the Formtastic app cost anything?

The Formtastic app for Android and iOS can be downloaded free of charge from the respective app store.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Billing takes place monthly or annually either by SEPA direct debit or credit card. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current term for a subsequent term of the same duration, unless you cancel with 5 days' notice before the end of the contract period (Subscription Terms).

What happens when you change your tariff?

You can switch from one paid tariff to another at any time without penalty. The remaining credit from the old tariff will be transferred to the new tariff.

What happens if my team grows rapidly?

With the Enterprise plan, you can flexibly add additional users at any time. You also benefit from our flat-rate model: from the 51st user onwards, all additional licences are free of charge (capped at a maximum of £500/month).
