Subscription Terms

1. Subscription and Term

1.1. Subscription: Formtastic offers its services on a subscription basis (the “Subscription”). The fees, features, and billing cycles (e.g., monthly or annually) are specified on the pricing page and confirmed during the checkout process.

1.2. Automatic Renewal: Unless terminated by you or Formtastic, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of its then-current term (e.g., at the end of the month or year) for a subsequent term of the same duration. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee using the payment method on file. By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this automatic renewal feature.

1.3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next renewal term following notification. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your Subscription before the start of the next renewal term.

2. Billing and Payment

2.1. Billing: We will charge the Subscription fee on the first day of each billing cycle. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account.

2.2. Payment Failure: If a payment (e.g., direct debit, credit card) is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, a chargeback initiated by the customer, or for any other reasons for which the customer is responsible, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the service until a valid payment method has been successfully charged.

Furthermore, the customer shall bear the demonstrable costs incurred by us due to the delay in payment. This includes, in particular, fees charged to us by our bank or the respective payment service provider (e.g., for a returned direct debit or a failed transaction). The customer explicitly reserves the right to prove that we have incurred no damage or only a lesser degree of damage as a result of the delay in payment.

3. Cancellation and Termination

3.1. Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that time. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing cycle.

3.2. Refunds: Except as may be required by applicable law, all fees paid for Subscriptions are non-refundable.
