Manage groups (Enterprise plan)
Groups can be used to control access rights to special functionalities and to form templates.
Any number of groups can be created. Each group has either the “Admin” or “Normal” permission role:
Admin permission: The user is allowed to see and manage everything, including other users’ form and account data.
Normal permission: The user can only access his own form data and only use form templates that were assigned to him. They do not have access to the form designer or to the settings for the company account (price plan administration, groups, etc.).
Assign access rights of form templates to a group
Create a group or several groups of the type “Normal”. Using the three-point menu, you can now define the template access rights for this group. Alternatively, you can also define the “Access rights” for each template in the template overview on the Form Designer page.
