How can I delete my Formtastic account?
The “Delete account” button can be found at the bottom of your profile management. This will permanently delete your Formtastic account including all stored data.
Requirements: Only the account holder or administrator can delete an account. If a paid plan is still active, it must be cancelled first. Deletion is only possible once no active paid plan remains.
After initiating the deletion, your account will be fully removed within 24 hours. During this time you still have access to your data and can export form data if needed (Excel/PDF). You can also cancel the deletion at any time within these 24 hours if you change your mind.
