Our Story
In 2017, the journey began with a vision: to develop an affordable, versatile tool that enables the digital and mobile use of individual forms. The aim was to significantly reduce paper consumption in companies and thereby save them time and costs. Since then, we have been continuously working on advancements, all at fair prices.
The web interface receives a new, more beautiful design. Functions can now be found more easily, especially to enable new users to get started smoothly.
Later this year, we aim to enable the creation of multilingual forms. With this fantastic feature, translations can be manually added in the form designer, allowing your multilingual employees to switch to their native language in the app.
The continuous growth of our customer base and the constant improvements of our offering culminated in the founding of Formtastic GmbH. In the same year, the long-awaited target value function is also introduced. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our loyal customers for their invaluable feedback.
The Formtastic app for iOS and Android receives a major functional and design update to support the many technical advancements on mobile devices as well.

My 10 years of experience in the software field and my personal interest in sustainability brought me together with the Formtastic team early on. I quickly recognized the potential and gladly took on the leadership and responsibility in 2021. I enjoy being in direct contact with our customers, supporting them in setting up company-specific forms, and coordinating technical advancements with the Formtastic team.
