Online forms for surveys
Online forms make it possible to create one or more links that can be easily opened in the browser, e.g. by customers. This makes it easy to collect customer data and start surveys by simply sharing the link. To create a link, go to the general settings in your template in the form designer (step 2).
Any number of different links can be created. This allows you to use different links with individual settings for different customers or use cases.
The data received for each link can either be saved in the ‘In work’ folder or sent directly according to the email and export settings (see step 3).
The following settings can be made in the link settings:
Confirmation text: After someone has completed your online form, a confirmation page appears. The following confirmation text is displayed by default: ‘Thank you! Your entries have been successfully saved’. If you would like to change this, you can enter a customised text here.
Internal notes for this link: Especially if you use many different links, you can use the internal note to add a description so that you can keep an overview.
Should completed forms only be saved or also be sent automatically: Specify here whether the data received should be saved in the ‘In work’ folder or sent directly according to the e-mail and export settings (see step 3).
