Using structure elements
In the form designer there are input elements, group elements, structure elements and special elements available. The following list explains all structure elements and their specific setting options:
1. Static text
Inserts a fixed, non-editable text into the form – for example as an instruction, note or section heading.
Text size: Determines the display size of the text in the mobile app. The size in the PDF export is independent of this and is set in the Word template.
2. Static image
Inserts a fixed, non-editable image into the form – for example a company logo, sketch or visual instruction. An optional caption text can also be added.
Text size: Determines the display size of the optional caption text in the app. The size in the PDF export is set in the Word template.
Preview size: Determines the display size of the image in the app (currently iOS only). The size in the PDF export is set in the Word template.
Hide name: If enabled, the field title will not be displayed.
3. Dividing line
Inserts a horizontal line to visually separate sections within the form. An optional caption text can also be added.
Text size: Determines the display size of the optional caption text in the app. The size in the PDF export is set in the Word template.
Hide name: If enabled, the field title will not be displayed.
