Manage form templates

The Form Designer is the heart of Formtastic. Here you create and manage your individual form templates. Finished templates can be filled out directly via the mobile app (Android / iOS) or the web interface, saved, and sent with the configured export settings.

Especially at the start, the built-in example templates are a great way to get going quickly – they can be imported with a single click and are ready to use immediately.* Via the 3-dot menu of any template, you can duplicate it at any time or, in the Team & Enterprise plan, restrict access to specific user groups.

The following pages explain in detail how a template is created in the Form Designer across 3 steps. An optional Step 4 is available for multilingual forms.
